Lakers interested in Andre Drummond
Andre Drummond hasn't played in an NBA game since early February after he and the Cavaliers made the decision to try and find a new suitor for the veteran big man. While the trade market hasn't been fruitful to date for the Cavaliers, there will be teams interested in Drummond should he and the Cavaliers reach an agreement on a buyout.
According to The New York Times, one of those interested teams would be the Los Angeles Lakers.
There is optimism within the Lakers that they will get strong consideration from Andre Drummond if Drummond ultimately leaves the Cavaliers via buyout, league sources say.

Cleveland’s preference, of course, remains trading Drummond elsewhere before the March 25 trade deadline.
In 25 games this season with the Cavaliers, Drummond has averaged 17.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per game, but saw his playing time decrease once the team acquired Jarrett Allen from the Brooklyn Nets.
