Lakers announcer asked Suns to 'put us out of our misery'

During the Lakers' do-or-die game against the Suns last night, Lakers announcer Stu Lantz, who was probably testing his mic, asked the Suns to "put us out of our misery," referring to the Lakers nightmare season as a whole.

ANALYSIS: Even if it was completely by accident, you know the season has gone terribly when the team's announcer acknowledges how miserable it has been to watch. Luckily, now that they've been eliminated from the playoffs, the Lakers won't have to force feed anymore of this team's performance to their fanbase. Unfortunately, the real questions are on the horizon this summer, like where does this team go from here?
