ANALYSIS: Charania adds that officials clarified this does not mean Irving is eligible to play in home games. It is still unclear if the All-Star guard has been, or plans to, get vaccinated. Per a New York City mandate, unvaccinated players for the Nets or Knicks cannot compete in home games for their teams.
