Kings shopping Buddy Hield, Marvin Bagley III in trade talks

One source said the Kings are still shopping a package including Buddy Hield and Marvin Bagley III in hopes of getting a good player in return. Sources told The Bee over the summer the Kings had expressed interest in the Philadelphia 76ers’ Ben Simmons and Toronto Raptors’ Pascal Siakam.

ANALYSIS: The Kings have stumbled to an 11-17 record thus far, and this could be the type of move that shakes up the rotation. Hield is averaging 15.6 points per game but shooting a career-low 35.0% from long range. Bagley has seen an uptick in minutes since Alvin Gentry assumed interim head coach duties, and is averaging 8.1 points and 6.7 rebounds in 19.6 minutes per game.
