Towns, Tatum named NBA Players of the Week for March 14-20
Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns and Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum have been named the NBA Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for Week 22 of the 2021-22 season (March 14 - 20).
Towns averaged 38.3 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 60% from three-point range as Minnesota went 3-0 during that period. Tatum average 29.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 5.0 assists with the Celtics also going a perfect 3-0 last week.
