John Wall and Rockets agree to buyout

Five-time NBA All-Star John Wall will secure a buyout with the Houston Rockets and become an unrestricted free agent, according to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports.

ANALYSIS: It's finally over! John Wall will be on the market again! Since he hasn't set foot on an NBA floor in over a year, a contender can snag him for pennies on the dollar too. Marc Stein reported that the Clippers, Lakers, and Heat would all be interested in his services if and when he hit the market, and now the if part is no longer a factor.

In light of the Kyrie Irving plans falling through, maybe the Lakers will have a little extra motivation to sway Wall to their side.
