Jarrett Allen to be sidelined indefinitely with a fractured finger

Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen has suffered a fractured finger and is expected to be sidelined indefinitely, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

It just keeps piling on for the Cavaliers, who just got Darius Garland back from injury this week. Allen, who earned his first All-Star berth this season, will now be out for who knows how long.

This season, Allen is averaging 16.3 points, 10.9 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 55 games.

With the playoffs less than two months away and the Eastern Conference playoff race very tight, things aren't looking good for Cleveland. The Cavs are currently in the East's sixth seed.
