Hawks to waive C Jahlil Okafor

The Atlanta Hawks announced via Twitter that they have requested waivers on C Jahlil Okafor, who they signed to a training camp deal a couple weeks ago.

Okafor has spent his career jumping from team to team and will now once again be on the open market, once he clears waivers.

Roster Update: We have requested waivers on center Jahlil Okafor.
