Executives surprised Thunder weren't more active at the trade deadline

With how far below the Oklahoma City Thunder were from the NBA's minimum salary, several league executives were surprised they didn't try to acquire more picks for unwanted salary, according to Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report.

ANALYSIS: It is a shock that OKC didn't at least try to meet the NBA's minimum salary considering the hefty amount of fines they're going to get for doing so. However, the real question is how long will the Thunder keep doing this because the NBA stepped in when Philadelphia executed a similar strategy with Sam Hinkie.
