CJ McCollum clears health and safety protocols, available vs. Suns

CJ McCollum (Health & Safety Protocols) has been upgraded to AVAILABLE for tonight’s game vs. Phoenix, according to the New Orleans Pelicans. McCollum has averaged 27.1 points, 6.7 assists, and 5.6 rebounds since joining New Orleans midseason.

ANALYSIS: This is great new both for New Orleans and McCollum because the Pelicans will need him for the stretch run, and McCollum luckily was not too sick with COVID symptoms. New Orleans is playing its best basketball at the best time, so getting a health McCollum has to make them optimistic about their play-in chances.
