Christian Wood cleared to return for Rockets on Tuesday

The Houston Rockets have been the NBA's worst team over the last month, and a big reason for that has been the absence of Christian Wood. Wood has been out since February 4 with a sprained right ankle and the Rockets have gone 0-17 since then.

According to ESPN, Wood is on his way back, meaning things could get better for the Rockets.

This season, Wood has played in 17 games, starting all of them, and averaged a career-high 22 points and 10.2 rebounds per game (while shooting 55.8% from the field and 42.1% from three-point range).

When Wood has played, the Rockets are 8-9. They are 3-18 without him.
