Bulls announce Lonzo Ball out 4-6 weeks due to knee procedure

Lonzo Ball will undergo an arthroscopic debridement of his left knee on Wednesday, Sept. 28 in LA. He will be re-evaluated in 4-6 weeks, according to the Chicago Bulls.

ANALYSIS: As much as this truly stinks for Ball, the glass half-full view is that once he's re-evluated, there will hopefully be a clearer answer on what's going on with his knee so that he can return to the court without any hiccups. Evidently something is clearly wrong and the Bulls are trying to get to the bottom of it. With any luck, these procedures will prevent Ball's knee issues from being a recurring issue, but we'll only know for sure when they get a clear picture.
